Q. How much will I pay for your service?

Our services are tailored to your specific needs. We will work with you on terms that are most beneficial to your particular business. We have plans ranging from hourly (on-call bases) to project based and from monthly based support to discounted pre-paid rates.

 

Q. What platforms do you support?

We support Windows, Linux and Mac based hardware.

 

Q. Do you sell software or hardware?

Yes. We are authorized resellers with several big companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Avast, Polycom, Talkswitch, Barracuda, Symantec, Acronis and many others. Our goal is to provide our services to make your purchasing decisions easier by fully managing procurement cycle for you.

 

Q. Do you provide programming Support?

We are not in business of building custom software, but if you need help in writing scripts, designing database queries, writing excel macros we would be happy to help.

 

Q. What is the company size do you support?

          We support Small and Medium Size business from 3 to up-to 50 workstations.

 

Q. Do you support Microsoft Small Business Server?

Yes. 

Q. Do you support Share Point Server?

Yes. We will support your in-house Share Point server or discuss setting up or moving your Share Point needs to a hosted solution.

 

Q: Do you support Microsoft Exchange Server?

        Yes. We are experienced in managing Microsoft Exchange Servers.

 

 Q: Do you sell Avast?

Yes. We are authorized reseller for Avast. Before you make your purchase on the internet talk to us. We may be able to provide you the software at a lower cost.

 

Q: Do you provide consulting services on Voice over IP (VoIP Telephony)

Yes. We have extensive experience with VoIP telephony including PBXs from Trixbox, Talkswitch, Barracuda, Freepbx among others. 

 

Q: Do you provide backup services.

Yes. We will be able to design and implement backup solution that will fit your business need. Local (onsite) or Local and On-Line(offsite) or Hybrid solutions are available utilizing your own hardware or the hardware provided by us.

 

Q: Does your company provide wiring services (Ethernet, telephone, CAT5, CAT6, computer closet)

        Yes. New construction or retrofit services are available.
